Visiting with Nieces in Phoenix Area

From Flagstaff, we drove down to Phoenix and then to Queen Creek where my nieces, my brother's daughters, live. It was a little hotter there, but it didn't get up to 118 degrees like it did the other day. First we went to Melissa's where she has a day care. We helped with the day care a few years ago when we were there so we recognized some of the kids. Of course she has 5 of her own kids too. Guess what Bob did? Yep. He kept everyone entertained with his magic show. Later he challenged one of the older boys with a game of NIM. I visited with my nieces. Later, we all went out to dinner at their favorite Mexican Food restaurant. We forgot to take pictures. Boo.

Here is Bob doing his magic.

This is Amanda's boyfriend. Since we were driving down to the "valley" we brought Amanda home which saved my brother the trip to take her home.
We spent the night with my niece, Cassie. She teaches High School math on line. She was demonstrating the program she uses to teach. It's all very amazing. I'm so glad she can use her math and teaching skills and still be home with her kids. She has four boys. Does that sound busy?

Then Bob did a command performance for Nikolas and Isaac.

Time for some breakfast.
We managed to get a posed picture before we left. From left to right, Jacob, Nikolas, Isaac, Cassie, and Wyatt in the front.
Wyatt always seemed to have a smile.
